Privacy
Last updated October 2026. This page explains what Ondo Studio collects when you visit ondostudio.shop or place an order, and what we do with it.
Ondo Studio is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc. Questions about your information go to support@ondostudio.shop.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought.
- When you email us: your message and email address.
- When you sign up for emails or ask to hear when the shop opens: your email address and the page you were on. We use it only to email you about new pieces, sets and sales, and we stop and delete it whenever you ask.
- Payment: card payments are handled by Shopify, which runs our checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as the pages requested and your IP address, for security, along with basic site statistics. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
- When you arrive from an ad: the click id the ad adds to the link, the ad cookies Meta set (_fbp, _fbc, _ttp), and your IP address and browser type when you check out.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, send order and tracking emails, answer your questions, put right a damaged or lost order, and keep the records that tax and accounting law require. We do not sell your information. With ads running, we share purchase details with Meta to measure them, as set out under Advertising.
Who we share it with
The ad platforms named under Advertising, and the services that make an order happen: our payment processor, our fulfillment partner and the carriers who pack and deliver your parcel, and the providers that host this site and our email. Each receives only what it needs for its part.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, usually seven years. Messages are kept while they are useful for your order, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@ondostudio.shop. We will answer within 30 days. If you live in California, you have these rights under state law as well, and you can stop us sharing yours for advertising, as set out below.
Advertising
When you buy, we tell Meta that a purchase happened, with the order value, the pieces bought and a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email, phone and address, so they can measure our ads. Under California law this can count as sharing personal information.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your information. To stop us sharing it for advertising, press the button below; this browser then sends nothing to Meta. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser does the same automatically. You can also email support@ondostudio.shop.
Children
Ondo Studio is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
