Is Ondo Studio a real shop?
Updated 14 October 2026
Yes. Ondo Studio is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Los Angeles. You pay through Shopify's secure checkout, every order goes by tracked air mail, and a broken or wrong piece is replaced or refunded from a photo, with nothing to send back.
Who runs it
Ondo Studio is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc., a Delaware corporation in Los Angeles, California. The company's full details are in the terms of sale. We are a shop, not a pottery: we choose cups from studios and sellers in China, and we do not make them ourselves.
Where the cups come from
Every piece is bought from its seller in China when you order it. Where a seller names the place, such as Dehua or Jingdezhen, the piece's page names it too. Where a seller does not, the page says only what the seller states. Sizes and capacities are the sellers' own measurements, and the page says so when a seller lists none.
How you pay
Checkout runs on Shopify, which takes cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Ondo Studio never sees your card number.
Delivery
Each order is packed by our partner warehouse and sent by tracked air mail, and we email a tracking number when the parcel leaves. It arrives in about 10 to 20 days, and every product page shows the dates for an order placed today. Shipping is $9.95 on single pieces under $89, free from $89, and free on every set.
If something goes wrong
If a piece arrives broken or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and you send nothing back. A parcel that has not arrived 40 days after it shipped is sent again or refunded. You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed. Because each order is bought and packed for you, we cannot take returns for a change of mind, so every page gives the size and capacity, and a drawing to scale, before you buy.
