Who you buy from

Ondo Studio is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc., a Delaware corporation, at 1201 S Hope St, Los Angeles, CA 90015. You can reach us at support@ondostudio.shop.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars; any sales tax is shown at checkout. Shipping is free on orders of $89 or more or with a set in it, and $9.95 below that; to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico it is $14.95, free on orders of $129 or more. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will tell you before your order is packed, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable, we refund it in full.

Delivery

We ship to the United States. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 days; the dates we give are estimates, not promises. See Shipping.

Damage, wrong pieces and lost parcels

We put these right by replacement or refund, as set out in Help. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

The pieces and our pictures

Images are for illustration only. Some images may have been edited, rendered or recreated with digital tools, which may include AI-assisted tools, using the actual products as reference. They show each piece's real shape, glaze and painting; colours can vary a little between screens and batches, and the food, flowers and linen in the scenes are not included.

Using the pieces

Our cups, saucers and plates are for everyday coffee, tea and food at home. Wash them by hand, and avoid sudden changes of temperature, such as boiling water poured into a cold cup. Pieces painted by hand vary a little from cup to cup.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
