How it is made
A porcelain paper cup that says it plainly: It's Apple
Straight sides, a rolled rim and no handle give it the shape of a takeaway paper cup, finished in glossy cream. One red apple with a black stem sits on the front, with "It's Apple" printed below in handwriting, and nothing else. It comes in a brown kraft box with an apple label.

Questions
HelpWill mine look exactly like the photos?
The design is printed, so the apple and the words look just like the photo. The glossy glaze and the rolled rim may vary slightly from cup to cup.
How do I care for it?
Wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid sudden changes of temperature, such as pouring boiling water into a cold cup.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 10 to 20 days. The dates above the button are worked out for an order placed today, and we email tracking when the parcel leaves.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@ondostudio.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We send a replacement or refund that piece, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed, usually within 48 hours. Each order is packed for you, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind.
