Ondo Studio is a brand of FreeTitle, Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Los Angeles. You pay through Shopify's secure checkout, every order goes by tracked air mail, and a broken or wrong piece is replaced or refunded from a photo, with nothing to send back.

Who makes the cups
Our pieces come from the ceramic artists and small studios we work with directly. Many are shaped and painted by hand, one at a time, so no two are quite alike. We see a great many and keep only the few we would use every morning ourselves. Each piece's page says how it was made, with its size and capacity.
How you pay
You pay through Shopify's secure checkout, which shows the ways you can pay before you confirm. Ondo Studio never sees your card number.
Delivery
Each order is packed by our partner warehouse and sent by tracked air mail, and we email a tracking number when the parcel leaves. It usually arrives in about 10 to 20 days. Within the US, shipping is $17.95 on orders under $89 and free from $89, whether you buy single pieces, sets or both.
If something goes wrong
If a piece arrives broken or wrong, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and you send nothing back. A parcel that has not arrived 40 days after it shipped is sent again or refunded. You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed. Because each order is packed for you, we cannot take returns for a change of mind, so every page gives the size and capacity the maker states before you buy.
