Why together
Both are apple cups on matching saucers, so two people get the same idea made two ways.
The painted cup has a scalloped rim and a band of red apples; the footed cup has green apples raised from the clay under a white drip glaze and no loop handle. On the green cup, glaze runs and colour differ from piece to piece.
