How it is made
Silver cranes laid on by hand over a speckled green
The teapot holds about 3.9 ounces, which fills two cups once, the way gongfu tea is poured in short rounds. A strainer sits behind the spout, and the lid knob is a little green citrus with a butterfly charm and a tiny bell. The cups are white inside so the color of the tea shows. Every piece is trimmed by hand, and the silver is laid on by hand.

HelpWill mine look exactly like the photos?
The silver cranes are laid on by hand, so they fly a little differently on each piece. Your pot and cups will look like a family rather than copies. Shape, size and the way it is glazed stay as shown, so it will feel in the hand like the one in the photo, and the painting on it will be the one made for yours.
How do I care for it?
Wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge. Keep it out of the microwave and the dishwasher, because the cranes are applied in silver. Avoid sudden changes of temperature, such as pouring boiling water into a cold piece.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 10 to 20 days. The dates above the button are worked out for an order placed today, and we email tracking when the parcel leaves.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@ondostudio.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We send a replacement or refund that piece, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed, usually within 48 hours. Each order is packed for you, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind.
