How it is made
Crumpled as if squeezed in a hand, then fired
No two sides of the body are the same: it dents in and folds out, and the handle wavers to match. Choose a soft, glossy milk white or a dark silver finish. The butterfly and the word BUTTERFLY are fired on in fine silver-gray line. At about 11.8 ounces it takes a full coffee or tea, and because the decoration is metallic, it stays out of the microwave.
- Fired-on butterfly
The butterfly and lettering are fired on at high heat.
- Color glaze
A high-fired glaze in milky white, or plated dark silver.

Questions
HelpWill mine look exactly like the photos?
The butterfly is a fired-on print and matches the photo. The folds are made by hand, so they differ from mug to mug, and a small glaze run or speck can appear.
How do I care for it?
Wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge. Keep it out of the microwave, because the butterfly is a fired-on metallic decoration. Avoid sudden changes of temperature.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 10 to 20 days. The dates above the button are worked out for an order placed today, and we email tracking when the parcel leaves.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@ondostudio.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We send a replacement or refund that piece, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed, usually within 48 hours. Each order is packed for you, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind.
