How it is made
Dark rock clay, and a cat under an awning painted by hand
A row of round white signs runs above a striped orange awning, and under it the cat sits in a cream window beside an orange drink. The shopfront is raised from dark rock clay and painted by hand under the glaze, and the clay is left matte so the shop stands out. A short clay nub stands in for a handle, with a small orange tag hanging from it on a cord. It holds about 9 ounces.
- Painted by hand

Questions
HelpWill mine look exactly like the photos?
The shop is painted by hand, so the awning stripes, the cat and the signs on yours will differ a little from the photo. Every cup gets its own version of the same shop. Shape, size and the way it is glazed stay as shown, so it will feel in the hand like the one in the photo, and the painting on it will be the one made for yours.
How do I care for it?
Wash by hand with warm water and a soft sponge. Avoid sudden changes of temperature, such as pouring boiling water into a cold cup.
When will it arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 10 to 20 days. The dates above the button are worked out for an order placed today, and we email tracking when the parcel leaves.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email support@ondostudio.shop within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the piece and the box. We send a replacement or refund that piece, whichever you prefer, and you do not need to send anything back.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until your order is packed, usually within 48 hours. Each order is packed for you, so we cannot take returns for a change of mind.
